ICG funds are aimed at Professional Investors who have more than a basic undersatndings of financial markets and economics. THREE STEPS TO ICG FUNDS INVESTING : 1) Download and read the fund's offering documents including the 'Subscription Form'. Find out if you are an elegible investor. 2) Complete the fund's 'Subscription Form' and send to the fund's administrators - TMF Fundadministrators. 3) Once the subscription form has been approved by TMF you will receive confirmation and may proceed to transfer cash to the fund's account. A 'Contract Note' will be issued and sent to your home address confirming each transaction. Information with regards to the transfer of cash - detailed information is available in the page tiltled - 'Subscription Instructions' of each fund offering documets. It is recomended you use your own IBAN number for the transfer - which you may obtain from you retail bank. Additinal documentation - In order to comply with regulations the fund's administrators may require additional documentaion with respect to your identity. These may include: - Copy of Passport/ I.D card - Proff of residency - suh as a utility bill - Corporate documentation in case of a company The fund has the right to accept or reject any application for shares.
